Meet Melissa Anderson
As a lifelong resident of Monroe County, I have spent more than 21 years helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life's biggest decisions with confidence and care. My passion for helping others, combined with years of market knowledge and strong negotiation skills, has allowed me to consistently deliver results while building lasting relationships with my clients. My career has been built on trust, proven results, and a genuine heart for service.
Whether guiding first-time buyers, helping people upsize or downsize, working with investors, or assisting sellers in maximizing their home's value, I am committed to making every transaction smooth, successful, and personalized. I believe real estate is about more than property- it's about people, relationships, and community. Deeply rooted in the communities I serve, I have a true love for East Tennessee. Serving the following counties in East Tennessee: Monroe, McMinn, Blount, Loudon, Knox, Roane, and Meigs.

Rooted in Community
As a Madisonville native, I've spent my life serving the community I call home. Before real estate, I worked in education for 10 years as a substitute teacher and teaching assistant, building the foundation of service and care that still guides my work today.
Beyond real estate, I am proud to co-own and operate a wedding and event venue, Anderson Ridge. A deep love for community, service, and hospitality led my husband, son, my daughter-in-law, and myself to open a beautiful space for our community to celebrate life's biggest moments.
Over the past 21+ years, I have volunteered in my community, am an active Monroe County Chamber of Commerce member, and have sponsored local sports teams. I feel it is important to give back to the community in which I so proudly serve.
When I'm not working, you'll find me spending time with family, friends, and our beloved pets. My sweet Molly has been the inspiration and trusted sidekick for my "Wandering Wednesday" posts across my social media real estate platforms. We have three cats, Emmie and Jonesy, and Tubs who is known to be a wanderer. Yes, I am a sucker for strays and rescues! Life as a grandparent is the best! I am a proud "Gaga" to my two precious grandchildren. In my freetime, I am perfectly content gardening, decorating, and cooking. I also love watching college and NFL football. On Saturdays, I cheer for the Tennessee Volunteers, but on Sundays, you will find me making game day snacks and cheering on my favorite team: the Dallas Cowboys! Creating a cozy, comfortable space for my family to gather is what I have always worked hard to do.
I know how important home is to me and I want to help you find yours. My philosophy has always been that real estate is a people business. People over profit. Always.
